Sound Bar Meditation | 6.30pm – 8pm

Description

Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket and simply lie back, relax and allow the sounds to wash over you. Our bodies are made up of 80% water so the vibrations give the blood cells a shake up ( and detox), whilst the sounds are crafted to slow down your brain waves, switch off the thinking mind and take you off on a musical meander. Bring a water bottle too; try to avoid doing anything for the next couple of hours that’s going to be stressful or demanding for the maximum benefit. Arrive from 18.15 to allow yourself time to settle down before the session begins.The session is 1.5 hours in total.
