Pilates flow is an incredible form of exercise that will tone, strengthen, lengthen, and engage all muscle groups of the body through low impact and controlled exercises. We will work towards alignment, posture and sculpting – feeling the burn but in all the right places. This class will blend the principles of pilates with the smooth transitions of yoga. Modifications will be provided for each exercise depending on the intensity you are after. If you wish to level up your session you can always bring your own ankle weights to class.

All you need is your own mat.
